If you are currently experiencing a problem logging into Online Banking where you click the 'Secure Login' after filling out your login information and nothing happens - follow the steps below to resolve the problem.
- Go into Internet Explorer
- Go to https://www.cbtfl.com/
- Go to 'Tools' across the top then select 'Internet Options'
- Select the Security Tab.
- Click 'Trusted Sites'
- Click 'Sites'
- Enter https://*.cbtfl.com then click 'Add'
- Click 'Close'
- Click 'OK'
- Close Internet Explorer then go back into Internet Explorer.
- Navigate to https://www.cbtfl.com and try to login to Internet Banking.
If you are still having problems complete the following steps:
- Go into Internet Explorer
- Go to https://www.cbtfl.com/
- Go to 'Tools' across the top then select 'Internet Options'
- Select the 'Security' Tab.
- Near the bottom of that screen click 'Custom Level'.
- Scroll down until you find 'Navigate sub-frames across different domains'. Then 'Enable' that option.
- Click 'OK'
- Click 'OK' again.
- Close Internet Explorer then go back into Internet Explorer.
- Navigate to https://www.cbtfl.com and try to login to Internet Banking.
